The Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation is a public welfare organization in Taiwan that has long served "individuals with facial disfigurement, burn survivors, oral cancer patients, and their families." The foundation's services go beyond emergency relief, instead focusing on physical rehabilitation, psychological reconstruction, social adaptation, family support, employment support, and advocacy education to help individuals with facial disfigurement and burn survivors reintegrate into life, family, school, and the workplace.
Aunt Stella hopes to support the Sunshine Foundation's "Family Service Program for Individuals with Facial Disfigurement and Their Families" to assist families facing economic and caregiving difficulties due to burns, oral cancer, facial disfigurement, or children born with facial disfigurement. This support aims to provide these families with more companionship and strength on their journey of treatment and rehabilitation, helping them gradually regain stable lives and hope.

FAQ
- The offer is only valid for gift boxes that have been paid in full before the activity deadline.
- For a single order, the Mid-Autumn Festival discount and the bulk discount will be applied preferentially; the early bird/super early bird discount can be combined with either the Mid-Autumn Festival or bulk discount.
- All customization services must be finalized within 10 working days after the order is placed.
- The latest delivery date for the Mid-Autumn Festival series gift boxes is October 31, 2026 (Saturday).
Cookie Gift Boxes, Retail Cookies:
- Online Orders: Delivery will be based on the selected preferred delivery date. If a preferred delivery date cannot be selected, delivery will be approximately 2 business days from the fastest shipping date (excluding the order date); alternatively, you may specify your desired delivery date in the remarks section.
- Bulk Orders: For orders exceeding 50 boxes, please place your order 7 business days in advance. For orders exceeding 100 boxes, please place your order 14 business days in advance, and so on. For bulk order delivery dates, please contact our dedicated service representative at 0800-600-369 ext. 288.
- Custom Orders: A minimum of 10 business days is required. The final artwork approval date for custom logo hot stamping is 2026.05.18, and for custom hang tags is 2026.5.27.
- Cookies: Store at room temperature for 40 days after shipment. We recommend enjoying them as soon as possible for the best flavor.
- Pound cake: Store at room temperature for about 10-12 days after shipment. We also recommend enjoying it as soon as possible to ensure freshness.
- All Aunt Stella's products are preservative-free, so they have a shorter shelf life; the expiration date is marked on the gift box.
- Handmade cookies: After opening, please consume them as soon as possible or store them in an airtight container to prevent them from becoming soggy. Room temperature cakes: Since no preservatives are added, please consume them as soon as possible after opening and store them in the refrigerator.
To ensure the freshness of the cookies, we will bake them according to order.
Therefore, orders cannot be modified or canceled within 10 days of the specified delivery date. Returns are not accepted unless due to product defects.
