International Shipping Overseas delivery

1. Freight calculation : For shipments using SF Express, the system will automatically calculate the freight and incorporate it into the total payment amount based on the total weight of the product and the delivery address. Overseas orders do not enjoy free shipping discounts.
2. Delivery scope : Hong Kong, Macau
3. Arrival time : The actual delivery time is mainly based on the schedule of each logistics company, and may vary depending on the transshipment of each logistics company and local festivals and holidays.

  • General order: 50 boxes, after payment is confirmed, it will arrive in 5-7 working days.
  • Bulk orders: For more than 50 boxes, please order 10 working days in advance, for more than 100 boxes, please order 17 working days in advance, and so on ( bulk order discount ).

    • Weather in overseas areas may affect transportation and delivery time, so the delivery days are not limited here.
    • Please see the website announcement for delivery schedule during the Spring Festival or special consecutive holidays.
    • The production time of customized wedding cards/customized baby cards requires more than 13 working days. If you want to order customized wedding cards or customized baby cards, please order in advance.

    4. Cost calculation : All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars $TWD, and the actual payment amount is based on the exchange rate of the bank where the card is swiped.

    5. Modify delivery information :

    If you need to change the relevant delivery information, please contact us 7 days before the order is shipped. We will assist you as soon as possible. If the delivery information is incomplete and the package is returned, additional costs such as shipping costs will be deducted from your order amount. Orders that have been shipped Relevant delivery information cannot be modified. If the package is returned as a result, additional costs such as shipping costs will be deducted from your order amount.

    6. Cross-border tariff payment :

    • Imported goods from overseas are subject to customs inspection and may be subject to taxes. If taxes/other charges are incurred, they will be collected by the local customs from the recipient.
    • Shiteri cannot predict or guarantee the actual amount of tariffs collected by customs in various countries.
    • Customs duties are levied directly by each country's customs. It is recommended to consult the local customs for specific tax amounts.
    • If the package is not picked up for no reason, or the goods are not picked up due to other factors not ours, such as tariffs, the goods will be destroyed by the local logistics company, and no refunds or other compensation methods will be provided.
    • Regarding the above provisions, the company reserves the right to explain and adjust relevant details.
    • Biscuit gift box: unopened, can be stored at room temperature for 45 days.
    • Cake gift box included: unopened, can be stored at room temperature for 14 days.
    • All Sitali products do not contain preservatives, so they have a short shelf life. The manufacturing date is marked on the bottom of the box.
    • Handmade biscuits: Please consume them as soon as possible after opening or put them in a sealed jar to prevent the biscuits from getting damp and softening. Room temperature cake: Since no preservatives are added, please consume it as soon as possible after opening and store it in the refrigerator.
      According to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communications Transactions": Goods that are "prone to corruption, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire when the contract is terminated" fall under the proviso of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. When you receive the product and find that it is defective, you can contact customer service within the day of receipt to exchange the product. And send the [defective goods] and [shipping documents] to the customer service center by taking pictures and scanning them, and indicate that the goods have been exchanged. After confirmation by the customer service staff, new products will be sent to you as soon as possible.
